My art sessions during the last few days have surrounded a woodland theme and I’ve been enjoying branching out (pun intended😉) into some tree sketches, birch trees to be exact.☺️ Love these trees, they’re so unique and on top of that, show some of the prettiest colors in the fall. Colors that I’m hoping to capture in future watercolor paintings.✨😌 But for now, here’s a random sketching of three birch trees. Not surprisingly, my daily artwork is leaving me feeling like a trip to Colorado.😁😋😍 Let me know if you can spot the mountains in the distance!
‘“For you shall go out with joy,
And be led out with peace;
The mountains and the hills
Shall break forth into singing before you,
And all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress tree,
And instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree; And it shall be to the Lord for a name,
For an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”’
Isaiah 55:12-13

OH so amazing, Ruth!!! So much detail✨, and I spy the mountains back there!😍 That looks like such a peaceful spot to walk up upon! I can imagine a lovely breeze blowing, with autumnal yellow leaves floating to the ground below, birds sweetly singing their songs of contentment and praise.✨🍂 Praise to the Lord, the Almighty, the King of Creation! Keep up the BEAUTIFUL work, Ruth!!!
